Caprock Development Acquires 5.0 Acres for Office/Warehouse Development in South Brazos County

Caprock Development closed on the purchase of 5.0ac of unrestricted land in south Brazos County near the intersection of SH 6 and Westward Ho.  Future plans include the development of office/warehouse and wholesale distribution space.  Jacob Shafer of Kept Property Group sourced the deal and represented Caprock on the transaction.
